Our store is based in the beautiful Gold Coast, Australia. All our products are printed locally to maintain the highest quality standards. However, we also offer the flexibility to have prints and framing arranged at your location, providing a seamless experience no matter where you are.

Australian Domestic Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Australian Domestic Shipping Options

Australia Post Standard (tracked and insured with $300 cover) Flat rate per item: $22.45

Australia Post Express (tracked and insured with $300 cover) Flat rate per item: $26.45

International Shipping

Our store currently only allows for Australian Domestic Shipping, however please contact us for a custom quote if you would like your item shipped internationally.

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Notification: You must inform us of your intention to return your product within 7 days.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Return Shipping: For circumstances where the return is due to change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Our shipping costs to you are non-refundable. However, if the item is defective, damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Return Period: To be eligible for a refund, the return must be lodged within 14 days of receipt of item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
